Artist's Comments

Driving towards Tofino, I looked out of the window and saw this. And promptly made my friends stop the car. I love taking photos of sunsets, but I don't think I'll ever improve on this.

FanTASTIC capture. :P Mountains make for great sunsets. Mountains and beaches, really. Either where you can see the sun set on a perfectly flat plane, or where mountains complicated the setting of the sun. :P

You were right to make them stop...

This I think is my favourite sky shot of yours so far... the tree bordering the edge is a really like touch.

Thanks for the contstuctive criticism- I think you may well have a point. I've not tried adding borders to anything of mine yet, I should probably have an experiment on photoshop and try it out. Is there any easy way to do it, or do you have to make a blank, bigger space and paste the picture dead centre into the middle? Beyond sliding some sliders, I'm clueless with photoshop ;)

There is no problems putting borders on in PS. first though make sure that you resize your image first, before you put the border on. i didn't do this first time and resizing and the borders are on the shot makes the whole picture a lillte burred.
then there is a section in PS which allows you put borders on to the image. no cutting or pasting needed. any probs use the help section it is quite good. :-)
